Tile |

| Description: |
| Tiles are usually made of concrete, and imitate the look of clay or cedar shakes. Tiles also are available in metal, again designed to imitate the look of clay, or actual clay tiles. Ideal for communities with appearance codes, tiles come in many different shapes. The one drawback to concrete or clay tiles is their weight; they are very heavy, and require certain structural standards for the frame and decking of the roof. Metal tiles are often used for commercial buildings as they mimic the popular look of Spanish or Mission tile but are light weight, require low maintenance, and are very durable. |
