THE OWENS CORNING STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

We believe we manufacture the highest quality and most attractive shingles available anywhere, and that is why we stand behind them with one of the best warranties in the industry.

In addition to any warranty that may be provided by your contractor for the labor and installation of the roof, Owens Corning provides you with a Standard Limited Warranty that covers defects in your shingles. Our Standard Limited Warranty requires no registration and coverage is automatic with the purchase of any of our shingles.

The Owens Corning Standard Limited Warranty includes a TRUPROtection® Coverage Period which is three years for our Classic® Shingles and five years for all other shingles. During the TRUPROtection Coverage Period of this warranty, we will pay the homeowner of the roof 100% of material and labor costs as reasonably determined by Owens Corning. To repair, replace or recover defective shingles, subject to certain limitations. *

PREFERRED PROTECTION LIMITED WARRANTY
When you purchase the complete Owens Corning Roofing System and have your roof installed by an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, you become eligible for our Preferred Protection Limited Warranty.

UP TO 15 YEARS OF 100% COVERAGE
The Owens Corning Preferred Protection Limited Warranty is only available through an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor and provides complete, 100% coverage of both materials and labor for up to 15 years (depending on shingles installed).*

SAFEGUARD THE ENTIRE ROOF
A healthy roof consists of many parts. When you purchase the Owens Corning Preferred Protection Limited Warranty, every component of your Owens Corning Roofing System is covered by an extended warranty to match the shingles installed.

WE’LL TAKE CARE OF THE LABOR AND NEW MATERIALS
If the performance of your Roofing System is affected by a manufacturing defect during the shingle warranty period, both new materials and labor (to install) will be covered. That’s a significant advantage you only get with the Preferred Protection Limited Warranty. Standard warranties only include labor for a limited period of time.*
